Courtney L. Cooper, MLA, BA, is a luxury real estate professional with Coldwell Banker serving discerning buyers, sellers, investors, and developers throughout Naples and Southwest Florida. A dedicated community leader, Courtney actively invests in the growth and success of Southwest Florida. She serves as a Regional Director of Alumni Engagement for the University of Richmond, is a graduate of Associate Leadership Collier, represents the Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation, and has been involved with the Naples Greater Chamber of Commerce through its Emerging Leadership Council and leadership development initiatives.

Courtney earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology (2015) and Master of Liberal Arts (2018) from the University of Richmond. Her academic background, combined with a passion for relationship-building, has enabled her to cultivate a strong professional network and establish meaningful connections throughout the Naples community.

Prior to real estate, Courtney built a successful career in business development, logistics consulting, and operations strategy. At Worldwide Express, she ranked 11th among more than 750 sales executives, helping businesses improve supply chain visibility, operational efficiency, and logistics performance across Florida’s Gulf Coast region. Her exceptional performance earned her the prestigious WWELite Award, and she became known among colleagues as “The Closer” for consistently exceeding corporate performance expectations.

Earlier in her career, Courtney worked with Fortune 500 companies through her role at LOKSAK, where she gained valuable experience in client relations, strategic partnerships, and business growth. These experiences continue to shape her client-focused approach to real estate, where she combines market knowledge, negotiation expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Today, Courtney specializes in Naple's luxury real estate, waterfront properties, investment opportunities, and new development projects. Her reputation is built on professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys golf, tennis, fitness, and spending time on Southwest Florida’s beautiful beaches.
